Hi my names Alex, and for some strange reason I can not get my door open. It will open of cours from the inside, but when I try to open it from the outside it wont work, now it has one of those key pad things on the outside of the door but I dont never use that thing. It starte doing this after I had took it to get a wash, but nothing seemed unusual, the next day I was able to unlock it with no problem , now all of a sudden I can't get it opened, can someone please help me open the door .
