hello,when i am at approximately 3000 RPM's and i let my foot off the gas pedal to stop accelerating,my car kind of bumps,like it has trouble shifting down or something

Check drive shaft and U joint
Check for codes also as it may be possible a tranny solenoid issue
Don’t over look motor and tranny mounts
