I have code P0446 , what do i need to do to repair , and cleer code to pass emissoins test

P0446 Evaporative emissions control vent circuit low.

If you are located in high corrosion environments
(Near salt water) salt air or anywhere that causes rust to form quickly...
Check for a broken wire near the left side frame rail near the rear axle. The wire could have a worn/bare spot and is making contact with the metal frame rail.

Also a code P0446 could mean one or more of the following has happened:
* Faulty vent valve
* Open, short or excessive resistance on Vent valve control circuit
* Blockage of vent valve
* Bad PCM
