o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1?

My check engine light is on and an odb scan listed dtc p0153, o2 sensor, bank 2 sensor 1

Where is the location of the o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1? Am I correct in that I just replace this and all will be ok?
