heater core

I have a 1988 mercury grand marquis.Replacine the heater core and i found 2 bottom bolts on the inside of car.Can anyone tell me where the rest of the bolts are.Mine has air condtioning but no climante control.Thanks

Open the hood and on the passenger side on the plenum at the firewall you will find the rest of them, some unscrew from inside and some from outside...

I found one bolt outside and two bolts inside.It loosened it up some but something is still holding itIt will not free up enought to pull it out.Any suggestions.Thanks

Look for more bolts, I think there are two on the top edge

Thanks for helping me.I have another question.I have taken everything loose and can not find any other bolts but the top is stuck on the passenger side like sometihing else is holding it.The rest of it is all loose.Any idea on what could be holding it?Thanks

If you have a digital camera, you can take pics of areas that you can not physically get to see.
