Electrical problem
1999 Mercury Marquis V8 Automatic 108000 miles

Ever since I bought my car I have had electrical problems. One week after purchasing my car the battery light would constantly come and I had the alternator replaced. This did not solve the problem. Since then the car has sometimes lost total power - the radio goes dead, then the headlights go off, then the car dies. The battery has since been replaced, and a second alternator put in. Still, the battery light comes on, stays on for up to 15 minutes at a time, then goes off. When the battery light is off the car runs perfectly. When the battery light is on the A/C stops working but the car is still drivable. What could the problem be?

I will check these 2 fuses tonight - but assuming these fuses are not blown, what does it mean?
