When I switch the air conditioning on, it blows hot and the air conidtioning compressor clutch stays disenged. I can spin it manually, so it isn't frozen. What generally causes these problems?
Need air conditioning, Live in south Florida

Well the most likely cause would be that the system is extremely low on freon, if that is the case, you would need to have the system recharged and checked for leaks.
