1996 Mercury Marquis Replace front psgr window regulator on

How do you replace the front passenger window regulator on a 1996 Mercury Marquis? After I drill out the glass rivets, what size do I replace the rivets with? 1 & 1/2 inch hex head bolts and washers and nylon insert locking nuts? How do put back the sheet plastic water barrier? Glue? What kind of glue?

Ford actually has a large rivet gun to replace these, and I use tape to rehang the barrier.

Just regular scotch tape or duct tape?

Scotch tends to loose its grip, use the duct if you have it.

If not duct, what tape do you recommend?
