car would not shut off with ignition key, key could be removed, remove fuse to fuel pump and battery terminal to shut off car. replaced key locj cylinder. did not correct problem. All dash light indicators stay on when battery is reconnected. not sure if replacing ignition switch is the answer? Seems like something mechanical from key to switch. Please advise
