1995 Mercury Marquis draining and filling

there should be a drain plug at the bottom of the radiator probably on the passenger side. it should be either metal or plastic, if plastic its probably eithe black or white. the fill point is either on the radiator itself as a pressure cap or its a coolant overflow tank. to find the tank follow all the hoses except the ones that run to the engine. that should guide you to the overflow tank.
