Electrical problem
1994 Mercury Marquis V8 136000 miles
about 6 months ago i noticed my turning indicator beginning to drop pace, starting with the left indicator. over time the right side indicator also began to slow down. soon they both started not going with any regular pace at all; they were ticking irregularly and the outside indicator lights were doing the same thing. the hazard lights still work, both in front and in back. i can not find if the 94 mercury grand marquis has 2 separate flasher boxes, one for hazards and one for indicators. if there is only one box then why does the hazards still work? it can not be a fuse or wire as that would have resulted in an instant failure, while mine was a failure over time, like it was slowly dying. please advise
