check engine light comes on and off while driving does not stay on comes on for few minutes then goes out . does that for entire time driving. what should i replace. code 136 oxygen sensor indicates running lean left side

First, that doesn't mean the sensor is bad. It tells me it is working properly. I would recommend checking for vacuum leaks. If there is one, it will cause a lean mixture thus setting the code.
