Engine replacement?

my engine seized and they said it would cost 9800 dollars for a new one. Can I see how to replace the engine so I can do it myself or see what I am paying for?

This will require an engine hoist and stand but is not that difficult. I am attaching the complete process below on how to do this. However, here is a video that will give a good idea on what is needed:
