Yes my wife has a 2002 mercury cougar XR. We are trying to find the headlight assembly for both sides. Also will the 99 mercury cougar headlight assembly fix on the 2002 mercury cougar XR.

We recommend staying with direct fit parts. As far as getting new lights, have you tried a salvage yard or an aftermarket auto body supply shop on the internet?
