Electrical problem
1999 Mercury Cougar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130's miles

i have a 1999 mercury cougar. i had to charge the battery about 2 weeks ago and now the whole electrical system seems to be shutting down. lights go dim, radio blinks and when i press the brake the volume shuts off till i let off the brake and start going again. i will jump start with no problem and i charged it over night again and it did good today and now it wont start tonight. the battery light came on, the speedometer went all crazy on me, and it started sputtering and hesitating when i step on the gas( this only happen when the battery seemed to be completely gone). when i charged the battery 2 weeks ago i checked the water in it and was damn near dry. i changed the alternator bout 3 years ago and the battery is less than a year old.
