can you purchase a pcm online and then have it reprogramed for your car, the car is only worth about 3k and they want over 750 to fix it, i have to turn my key half way and let the cooling fan shut off before starting the car, the dealership hooked it up to diagnostic for $75 and they said they can not tell anything until the pcm is replaced, they think replacing it will fix my problem, but they would not print me out a copy of the diagnostics that they did
