have a humming sound coming from the front of car?

I have a humming sound coming from the front of car, It needed brakes so I replaced the pads and rotors all the way around.I still hear the noise. Any ideas? It only happens when the car is moving around 30 mph and faster.

It sounds like bad front wheel bearing or you need to rotate he tries front he back because of tire tread "cupping" Here is a guide to help you see what I am talking about with diagrams below o show you how to change the wheel bearing hubs out, I would do both sides.
