How do I replace a power window motor on my 1994 Mercury Cougar? This is the fifth power window motor replacement in 18 months. I has always been the drivers side. I have also replaced the switch after the first replacement failed in 30-days. The last replacement also included new window tracks. All previous work was don by a dealer, and I decided to do this myself. I am a shade tree mechanic and do all my w=own work on my 1960 Corvette, so I am equipped for both mechanical and body work.
