why does my car vibrate when stopped in a light but it vibrates more when i lower the windows or when i turn the steering to the sides?

Well the steering I can answer. Make sure the steering pump resevoir is filled with fluid and there is no air in the system. You have power windows, so possibly you are drawing to hard on the alternator. Might want to have your alternator tested. Just take it up to O'Reilly; they can do an on car diagnostic.
