SoftTop won 't retract- leaking fluid from passenger visor assembly area can't find place to fill hydrololic fluid

The Tank for the Hydraulic Fluid of the Roll Bar/Rooftop mechanism is mounted on the Hydraulic Pump in the trunk, under the spare tire.
