OBD codes-CLK320 conv

My CLK 320 conv. just failed an emissions inspection :cry:
THe fault codes are P0173 and P0170
What could cause these to occur.

Hello very little info on your car. Check engine light is on correct? How many miles. Is the car serviced at a dealer? If the car is serviced at an independant? if so have him recheck his work. Your codes are for mixture at part load on both banks
