e320 cdi auto gearbox

i have an e320 cdi 207000 miles its stuck in park when i do get it out of park it seems to be stuck in second or third gear when starting off and wont change up the gears please help

first, check the fuses, next look at the shiftlock selinode and check the operation. See if it unlocks the safety to allow it to come out of park. pleas let me know.
