the fan motor on this Mercedes 2004 ML500 was running slow and the motor was overheating and a/c/ blows warm. Replaced fan motor and it still runs slow. What can the problem be?

Check the relays in the left of engine compartment. Check the ground to the fan, and the ECT. Check connection to ECM.
