2001 Other Mercedes Benz Models 2001 MBZ C320 Horn & Win

My horn doesn't work and i've checked the fuses and they don't look blown to me. I will re-check with the lighted fuse checker tomorrow. I was told that it could be a relay problem? Also, My rear windows and rear sunshade do not operate. I do not know why, the sunshade worked fine just a day ago but now it does not work and the windows have not worked since I bought the car last week. Any ideas before I spend $80 an hour at the shop?
