RE E320 4Matic.
I see an accumulation of light brown sludge inside my oil filler cap. FSS indicates 3500 miles to service. What might be causing this build up? Thanks

As engines get higher mileage you may see this occuring. This may be an indication that you need to start doing oil changes more frequently if this build up becomes severe.
