1990 Other Mercedes Benz Models window

We have a 1990 Mercedes 300E. The right rear window fell into the door. There is a "plastic" arm thing at the bottom that is broken. Is that the window regulator?

Yes you are more than likely seeing a piece of the regulator. The rest of the regulator is rivited to the inside door frame. These will often times break causing the window to fall or become immovable.
