a while ago, my town experienced really heavy rain and flooding. After driving through some of the flooded streets, the day after, my car started making this terrible squealing noise that seems to be coming from somewhere near my front left tire. It happens the worst while turning. It also happens when I take off in the car, when I stop, and when I go over even the slightest bumps in the road. Can you tell me what it is?
