my break lights are always on, even if I am driving. Why and how can I fix that

I doubt this, but maybe your brakes really ARE always on. Maybe somehow the brake peddal is sagging so the brakes are always barley on. If you really think that's it then you could push up on the brake peddal and see if the lights turn off. But like I said I doubt that's it.
