window switch replacement instructions please?

both front windows and back passenger side window will go down with console switch, but not back up. However, all windows go up with the infrared keyless lock system (meaning when I press and hold the lock button on the ignition key). Does that mean the problem is the console switches?

I think you are correct because the switch is the most likely cause of this. Here is a guide that will help with testing the switch:
