why engine radaitor fan run constantly on high speed ? it stops only when i turn the off ! please help the sound like an airplane

I have the same problem with the same year and model Mercedes. What was the cause of the runaway fan?

We have not replace the front SAM, we cleaned it. I forgot to add that the wipers are also not working. Must be the SAM huh?
