1999 Mercedes Benz C200 problem seeking

Hi i have owned a c200 sport for the past 7 years and have been very happy with it.Recently it has developed a problem noticible when starting journey from cold it's very hesitant new plugs have been fitted It does improve as engine warms up, but even at normal running temp it's still a little hesitant
