On the heater system is a servo p/n 0008300384 and the unit is leaking water. on the top is a bunch on lines(vacumn I think). How do you disconnect the lines (does the rubber bumber pull out ?). Is there a replacement unit ?[img:70d99dbb78]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/488041_450sl006_1.jpg[/img:70d99dbb78]

There are several places that sell rebuilt servos, and I'm sure they do the best job they can. The problem with the servo/amplifier setup (the amplifier is located under the passenger side dash) is poor design, and the best rebuild in the world can't make up for poor design. I went through three servos before I gave up on originality and bought the digital replacement.

It costs more than a rebuilt servo, but it's lasted me for two years, against three servos in two years.
