2003 Mercedes Benz 430e Car Battery

On e class vehicles the battery will be located in one of two places. Either under the rear passanger seat or under the trunk floor on the right side of the trunk.

I was wondering if you could tell me how to get the seat up to be able to access the battery?

There will be two levers you will pull (one on each side of the rear seat) to release the seat cushion. These will between the seat and the floor. The levers are also located nearer to the doors than the middle of the seat. Run your hand between the seat and floor (along the front of the seat cushion) and you should find them. Check right around where the seat cushion starts to make a right angle, near the door.
