1995 Mercedes Benz 320e time chain

I am asking the shop to take off the front end covers and some parts to thread the new timing chain onto the existing chain and rotate it around until its back to orginal location. The procedure is outlined in Alldata online. No head removal.

How many hours does this procedure take and what is approx cost.
