Engine Performance problem
1988 Mercedes Benz 300te 6 cyl Automatic
I have had my mercedes for almost a year now. Ever since i bought it at times white smoke comes out of the exaust. sometimes its more then sometimes its only a little. it usually happens more after i put oil or transmission fluid in the car. then it goes away and only happens everyonce and awhile. i have been told its a blown head gasket by friends and when i researched it online. but i also was told that when your head gasket is blown your car is not driveable. but everything works fine. the car drives good but the car just smokes. i also researched about the o2 sensor thinking maybe its that. but i have no idea whats really causing this and why it has no other real symptoms besides a lot of white smoke. hopefully you can help
