Engine Performance problem

i am searching for a vaccum diagram for my 5 cyl. deisel turbo.it does not shut off when i turn the key. i have also now lost my vaccum assist brakes.i have many hoses missing and lots of plugs.please help i am disabled and 250 miles from a dealer besides being broke.would surely be in debted if i could find a vaccum diagram. and some troubleshooting assistance
