Our car is draining the battery, we replaced the alternator and the voltage regulator and still having problems. If you jump it it will start but otherwise it wont turn over. well to try to help with the starting problem i have the same kind of mercedes and if i try to start it in park sometimes it will just sit there and all the lights will turn on...try putting it in neutral and starting it and see if that works...i have to do that with mine alot of times until its warmed up...as for the shaking...is the car just shaking for no reason? or is it sputtering and shaking and such? i might suggest getting the tires balanced and rotated...thats a small thing that COULD cause the car to shake but i dont know your car so its only a possible suggestion
