1993 Mercedes Benz 190e starting after repairing

I have just installed a radiator, that had recently was losing alot of water i also noticed that on the oil dipstick the level was and that the color light brown color, so I added 3qt and ttried to start it and it started like and sound as if it was out of gas so in went the gas and it did the same thing

please give me a clue, fix-it myself out of money

if your oil is a light brown color , you may have a bigger problem, chek oil again, it needs to be full, but not overfull by three quarts, and you need to make sure your coolant sensor in radiator is hooked up, and full of coolant, or water then try to start, good luck
