blower motor removal

the problem i have got is that i can feel warm air coming through after a while but the blower is not working.
Can you tell me please how to get to the heater to check it and possibly replace it ,do i have to take the whole dash out?

The blower motor on this vehicle is accessed from the engine compartment

Check the guide below for all causes of no air form vents before you replace the motor, could just be the resistor

to find a replacement check sites such as ebay.com, craigslist.com and car-parts.com. also call your local salvage yards. as for replacement steps, see attachments below..

i'm not located near there but any local auto part store should have a replacement battery for your vehicle

hi i have bought a new blower fan and new climate control switch, but after i put everything in, the fan doesnt work, it wasnt working before, so i was thinking may be i have miss some parts that caused the problem. Could u please help me out?

Have you checked voltage to fan motor from switch through blower resistor? What is climate control switch? you mean A/C controlunit?

hi i got the blower fan working now, but the fan starts as soon as i start the car, even when i turn off the blower switch at the A/C control unit. Also the fan motor has some noise when it is running.

How did you get fan to work? Must be fault in Thermatic Air Volume Switch

Heater problem
1993 Mercedes Benz 190e 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I removed heater blower motor and checked and is okay. Replaced the 25 amp fuse of the heater blower motor and but heater blower motor still does not work. What seems to be the problem?
