CAR CAN BE DRIVEN WITH OPTIMIAL ACCELERATION TO ANY FAR. BUT IF YOU GIVE THE ACCELERATION MORE THEN THERE IS BUMPING OR JERKING IN THE ENGINE AND THE CAR COMES DOESN'T ACCELERATE. AGAIN IT WILL BE NORMAL IF YOU RESTART THE CAR. THE PROBLEMS CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED BY LOCAL MECHANICS. THE FUEL PUMP & SPARK PLUGS WERE CHANGED. KINDLY ADVISE

Hi there,

The fuel injection system used on these cars are not overly complex but you still need some experience on them to diagnose any faults, i would be seeking out a benz shop, and ask them, one question i will ask, has it back fired on you, as this can warp the air metering valve and that can cause all sorts of problems.
