Hello,
I have a question.... I have an electrical problem,
The ding sound when the door is open and the key is in won't stop when I close the door after I start the car. I have replaced the ignition switch, thinking it was that, and because the switch was a little hard to turn on the "On" position.
So, tinkering with the fuses, thinking it was a fuse I solved this problem by taking out a fuse that also powers the odometer and wipers.
I also though it could be a switch that usually would be compressed when someone closes the door as in the bronco I have. But, I could not find a switch. Besides that I have no other problem.
Oh, wait I also recently checked the switch since it's
"check engine" light was on. So I checked it and it read that I had trouble code P01359, which has something to do with the #1 coil. So I cleared the data and it has not appeared again. Any feed back on this?
