Door ajar stays on while driving

Question: I have a 1998 Mazda B2500 truck. Last night when driving a friend home, I noticed the door ajar light stayed on after I dropped him off. When I got home and parked, I noticed my dome light wouldn't turn off. Help? What causes this?

Check your door jam switches. Replace the one that is bad.
