everytime i start my mazda there is a significant amount of white smoke? only for about a minute or 2, will this affect my drive clean test and how can i stop it?

The best way to solve that is to drain and clean the tank and dry it, drain the lines and change the fuel filter. put in fresh gas and it should cut down drastically.

the white vapor is water in the gas, i dont think it is headgasket related or you would notice driveability problems along with white smoke constantly.

shouldnt affect your drive clean test.
