Cylinders 2 and 4 are getting spark but are not firing. So far I have replaced the oxygen sensor, plugs, distributer cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter, and fuel injectors (all 4). When I disconnect the wires to cylinders 2 and 4 there is no change. If I disconnect wires to either cylinders 1 or 3, the engine dies. Any idea what I should replace next? The problem started suddenly.

Sounds like 2/4 injectors are not pulsing-hook up a noid light and test

Check for power at black and yellow wire at injector harness 2/4 if present-do a continuity test on the light green and black all the way to the computer this is the ground driver circuit.
