The gear and odometer display does not light up as it used to, making it difficult to see what gear you've shifted into during night-time driving. Could this be a simple fix like replacing a blown bulb? Would this cause the car to fail my annual Pa. state inspection?
Your help would certainly be appreciated.

Thanks
