Hi

The oil on the dipstick is like cream!

Do you know why this could happen please?

Are you overheating ? milk shake looking means coolant is mixing with oil-When the last time you change oil ? Could be you're not warming up the vehicle properly-water is present due to condensation/moisture-Try oil change if it continues get it block and pressure tested-
