1983 Mazda RX7 timming

my engine runs rough at idle. the timming marks are at 2 oclock when engine is running. ingniters tested ok, i have new coils, cap, and spark plugs. why is my timming retarded? this is the only way the engine runs.

did you check the engine compression? if its not you need check compression. but make sure use special compression tester for rotary engine.
regular compression tester cant check all 3 cylinder.
