Retro fit for AC update from R12 to R134

I have a 1993 Mazda Protege LX with 110,500 miles.
The AC has finally run out of r12 coolant and I need to change over to r134. I can't find an adaptur to switch to r134. Where can I get the adapters to recharge with r134??

i bought a little kit at Nappa that included all the new adapters to upgrade, it even came with 3 cans and a pressure gauge for under 50.00
