lack of power

i have a 1997 mazda protege w/ a severe lack of power,especially under load, road tested confirmed symptom the engine bogs down severely, but does not misfire.

Get the exhaust check for excessive backpressure the catalytic converter might be causing it. If not get these sensors checked out- TPS/MAF/O2 and comeback
