i have a 94 mazda protege with 250,000 miles and its a five speed, when it get below 30 degrees my horn starts going of, how do i disconnect it?

pull the relay here is the location which is on the drivers side under the dash or just remove the wires from the horn itself which is under the front end on the right side. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
